Our Story
Seasons of Change, Incorporated mission began in 2001 after the agencies founder conducted a community needs survey. The research uncovered an enormous lack of community support for vulnerable and marginalized youth.
Today, Seasons of Change operates as an independent 501(c)(3) organization. Since our founding, we have dramatically expanded our programming to include crisis intervention, transitional housing, pregnant and parenting teen services, counseling, education, and outreach to neglected, abused, and youth and adults.

As a single mother of twins living on a limited income, one of the hardest feelings is wondering whether I can afford something my babies need. Diapers are a basic necessity, but when money is tight, even that necessity can become a source of fear. Knowing my children depend on me while trying to stretch limited resources can feel overwhelming.
Seasons of Change has helped bring stability and peace into that uncertainty. Your help has meant more than having diapers available. It has meant being able to breathe a little easier, plan with more confidence, and have one less worry weighing on my mind.
When you help a mother provide for her children, you give her room to focus on the next step forward. The support I have received so far has positively impacted my life, and I am truly grateful. It reminds me that needing help does not mean I am failing. It means I am a mother doing everything I can with the resources I have and that there are people willing to stand beside me.
I want people to understand the difference this kind of support makes. Behind every donation is a family. Behind every package of diapers is a mother who may finally feel some relief from a worry she has been carrying quietly.
I also want another parent watching to feel less alone and less afraid to ask for help. Parents, you are not alone in needing help with essentials needs towards raising your children. Do not be afraid, embarrassed, intimidated, or any of the above to reach out for support. Seasons of Change is a discrimination free place. I’ve felt so grateful and helped throughout this process and have learned so much during the parenting courses.

My family and I experienced homelessness for five years, and during that time, we lost everything. We had to start over and rebuild our lives from scratch. It was a difficult season, especially while trying to provide for my family, manage everyday needs, and find the strength to keep moving forward.
Before receiving support from Seasons of Change, meeting basic daily needs could be overwhelming, especially when you are not working and are trying to get back on your feet. The support we received through the program has helped our family tremendously. Receiving clothing, diapers, wipes, toiletries, personal hygiene products, and other essential items has lifted some of the burden off our shoulders.
Sometimes, it is the basic necessities that make the biggest difference. Having access to these items helps us get through our daily lives while we continue working toward stability and a better future. It has allowed me to focus on caring for my family and rebuilding what we lost, one step at a time.
I am truly grateful for Seasons of Change and the support they provide to families going through difficult circumstances. Their assistance has reminded me that even during challenging seasons, there are people and organizations willing to help you keep going.
