Welcome to Seasons of Change, Incorporated a community based, grass roots organization that founded in 2001 by Tavian Harris, and incorporated as a nonprofit organization in 2009, with the philosophy of "Impacting our community from the Inside-Out."

After the initial inception, Seasons of Change soon found that adolescent pregnancy, STD/STI, gang violence, and truancy was an overwhelming problem in Dallas and Tarrant counties, and implemented the Community Changers Project, from lessons learned, best practices and successes of other youth serving organizations.

Our Mission - In collaboration with community partners, researched based programs are provided to adolescents and families that will provide them with skills to make healthy choices and to be self-sufficient leaders.
